Google approve the Adsense account by checking various things and if once rejected then you have to make new gmail ID and again apply for Adsense from www.google.com/adsense. So, Following Some steps should be followed for the approval of account:
1. Before applying the Adsense Clear your Browser Coockies, for this goto Tools menu in your browser.
2. Write only One post and that post whould be About US or Something about your Blog, means Totally your own written even you are 11 lines but write your own.
3. Don't Open That Blogger or Adsense with that ID for two days. After that check your mail, if you got Adsense Approval email then you can use your blog or view your earnings by sign in www.google.com/adsense
