You can easily make changes in look of your blog in blogger. How much look is good and if you have exact knowledge of Ads placement in your blog then you can earn more and more very easily. Try to understand the steps and make more and more practise.
To make changes, go to LAYOUT section of your blog.
Here you will see some Title, Blog Posts, Gadgets Sections.
You can add many Gadgets to your blog by just click over the 'Add a Gadget' Link and Choose your gadget.
Gadgets are premade scripts which you can use in your blog,
Like if you want to give Search facility in your blog, goto LAYOUT section and Click 'Add a Gadget' Link,
In new popup window, click the PLUS sign in front of SEARCH BOX, then over next page make proper changes like title etc and click SAVE.
You can place the Gadgets where ever you like by just Click the gadget and Drag where you want.
An Important Gadget is ADSENSE, by which you can put ads directly from Blogger. It is in Adsense Terms that you can just put maximum 3 Ads over One page.
